These drill bits include the 11119 extractor/reverse drill bit set. You will break these, even though they are cobalt. It's good to have spares available. 53535 is the extractor set, to have spare extractors.

Using steel to steel is machining: gradual, regular patience is rewarded. I use a variable speed drill, very gradual, and a rig to hold it regular. These worked perfect to eliminate a hardened metal bolt buried half an inch into a engine block. Stuffed hole with paraffin, used torch to heat up the bolt and the encircling metal so the paraffin wicks into the threads, repeat two or 3 times, bolt eased out perfect.
